"Rocket may be back" -Sources say

Many sources, as Tony Marinaro from Team 990, say that Rocket may be back to competition for 10-11.
The PHSB commissioner said that a Rocket comeback would be great for rivalries in the Fantasy. "It would create a big rivalry with Mems, as it will be with IG and Fants after this heated season between both teams."
Commissiner also said that 2010-11 season could be the beginning of a new era, as he may want to change the structure to add power to GMs. He's thinking about a new rule that would only allow 20 players to play by team, so that GMs could modify daily their lineups.
